Returning to the Michelin Endurance Cup calendar in 2026, this legendary American road course transforms a traditional sprint round into a true long-distance battle — packed with strategy, speed and nonstop racing action.
About the Race
Nestled in the rolling countryside of Wisconsin, Road America is one of North America’s most iconic circuits. Its fast, flowing layout — with long straights, elevation changes and sweeping corners — rewards courage and precision. Over six hours, teams must balance outright pace with tactical excellence, managing traffic, tyre wear, pit strategy and changing track conditions.
Endurance at Road America demands total concentration from drivers and flawless coordination from the entire crew. With a variety of classes on track, this event delivers thrilling multi-class battles throughout the field.
Lone Star Racing at Road America
For the 2026 season, Lone Star Racing Team will contest the 6 Hours of Road America in the No. 80 Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the GTD class — aiming to build on lessons from Daytona, Sebring, and Watkins Glen to challenge for strong results in this demanding endurance test.
